Jojo Chin trained from an early age to run the family restaurant back in ipoh Malaysia. 20 years later Jojo takes her well honed skills to the enchanted town of Carrick on Shannon . The key to creating beautiful dishes for Phoenix Court lies in the colour freshness, texture flavour and presentation  of the food prepared by Jojo’s team.

The Phoenix Court Restaurant is situated in the centre of Carrick on Shannon town.  Our 70 seat restaurant, opened its doors in 2005, and is now well-known country-wide.

Our family run restaurant offers an extensive variety of high quality, Chinese, Thai and Malaysian cuisine in elegant and luxurious surroundings.  So, with our wide array of dishes from well known Chinese dishes, along with exciting exotic Thai and Malaysian dishes – our selection of oriental food has proved popular with both the Irish and Chinese communities.

All our food is prepared on order, using only the freshest ingredients.  We source the very best of local meats and seafood, and most of our sauces are homemade.  We are happy to cater fully for those of you with special dietary requirements.
